Ouellette-Mutchler Scholarship Endowment

My Story: 

In memory of Floyd and Mary Ouellette from Midland Michigan. They left behind many children and grandchildren, encouraged them to pursue positive directions. Floyd Ouellette was a WWII Submarine Veteran who became a Chemist and worked for the Legal Department at Dow Chemical Company.  Mary Ouellette was a Teacher who became the Assistant Director of Special Education at Midland Michigan ISD. Both retired doing what they enjoyed and lived long lives. Their biggest gift was providing the opportunity for their children to complete a College Education. This scholarship provides a way to continue that gift and honor them today.
